Beware of travelgenio customer service , they have no customer service and therefore they xill not tell you when your flight is cancelled. I sent 15 messages during 3 weeks but they never reply. Do you have any advice to make them reply? They owe me 500€ and I have heard that the only way to get a reply is to take a laxyer. Reply. Report inappropriate content .
