    Think of ways to add activity to your life, Trainee Keto maybe going for a walk at lunch, or even simple activities like using the stairs instead of the elevator, or walking to job rather than using your car. Get benefit of your free time and move around a little, start exercising 3-4 times a week. Staying active can actually reduce hunger pangs because generally we all suffer from cravings or become hungry because we are bored!
